Al Jazeera, English: Barack Obama, the US president, has ordered the Guantanamo Bay prison camp be closed by early next year.

Some of the 240 prisoners may be freed, some may be sent abroad if foreign governments will accept them.

But up to 100 may be moved to US soil for trial or continued detention without trial.

Rob Reynolds reports on the US town that has offered to become the new Guantanamo.
