Rosalinda Guillen is the director of Community to Community, a farm worker organizing project in Washington. She's from a farm worker family, and worked for the United Farm Workers for over 9 years. She was the lead organizer for the farm workers in Washington State at Stimson Lane Wines' Chateau Ste. Michelle winery, that resulted in a union contract in 1995 and in 2013 she organized opposition to an application for h2a workers (guest workers) in Skagit County WA State.
