Phoenix Goodman was an organizer for Divest LA, which successfully lobbied Los Angeles city council to divest from Wells Fargo. He is the co-founder of Public Bank LA, a grassroots organization that is campaigning to create the nation's first municipal public bank and the California Public Banking Alliance, a coalition of municipal public bank organizations in California. He is now organizing for the Yes on B campaign in Los Angeles, where public banking will be put to the voters on the ballot this November 6th.
