Matthew Fogg is a retired 32-year veteran Retired Chief Deputy U.S. Federal Marshal. He's a member of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP). He was recently elected to the position of second vice president of Blacks In Government (BIG). Today Fogg believes that drug prohibition is an immoral tool used by the United States' prison industrial complex to maintain the largest per capita rate of incarcerations in the world.
