Fortuné Kinguelewa is a Central African citizen who has been living in USA since 2001 after working as an investigator at the US Embassy in Central Africa. Once in the USA, Fortuné had several jobs including a salesman in Bethesda, MD, and Washington, D.C. He was also a FedEx ground contractor in Beltsville MD, and currently drives for an online business.
Fortuné's departure from CAR was shortly followed by former President André Kolingba's failed coup attempt against the then President Ange Félix Patassé in May 2001. Since then, he has been monitoring his country's descent into madness while living in the USA, until the most recent coup d'état by the Seleka rebel coalition in March 2013, which led him to be more engaged in initiatives aimed at assisting his people living in CAR.
