Barbara Gottlieb is Director of Environment and Health at Physicians for Social Responsibility, where she develops and directs PSR's program on climate change, fossil fuels, and clean renewable energy. She is a frequent speaker on these topics and has authored or co-authored many of PSR’s reports and educational materials on them, including Too Dirty, Too Dangerous: Why Health Professionals Oppose Natural Gas. Her prior work encompasses several decades in the nonprofit sector, where she has held positions as executive director, advocate, and field organizer.
