Send everything at once, in one shared folder or agreed cloud workspace, with access to download:
- The complete, editable project or session. Include all original video, audio, graphics, and supporting files. Keep titles and graphics editable, and identify any required fonts or plugins.
- Separate audio. Keep dialogue, music, and effects on separate tracks, and preserve individual microphone channels. Include full-quality WAV stems for dialogue, music, and effects, all starting at the same point, running the full length, and matching the supplied export.
- The current version and final text. Include a clearly labeled, full-quality export, checked captions or a transcript, and the exact titles and credits. If you send an update, say what changed and which version to use.
- Delivery details. Include a contact, required credits, usage restrictions, and any outstanding permissions. Flag confidential or embargoed material before sharing it.
The package should open without missing media and give us everything we need to make changes. A finished export alone isn’t a complete handoff. If anything is missing, tell us before delivery.
