“Here’s To Flint” is an exhaustive probe into how the city of Flint was left exposed to lead-tainted drinking water for nearly two years. Criminal charges have been filed against three public officials: Mike Glasgow, Flint’s laboratory and water quality supervisor; Mike Prysby, a Michigan Department of Environmental Quality official; and Stephen Busch, the Lansing district coordinator for the DEQ’s Office of Drinking Water and Municipal Assistance. These charges range from manipulating water sampling and misleading federal regulatory officials to tampering with evidence. The documentary is based on the work of ACLU of Michigan investigative reporter Curt Guyette.
