Gore Vidal is an acclaimed essayist and author of twenty-two novels. Celebrated amongst his writing is Vidal's series of novels, titled Narratives of Empire, dealing with American history, specifically with the nature of national politics.
Antonia Juhasz is a policy analyst and author living in San Francisco. She is a Fellow with Oil Change International and the Institute for Policy Studies. She has taught at the New College of California in the Activism and Social Change Masters Program and as a guest lecturer on U.S. Foreign Policy at the McMaster University Labour Studies Program in a unique educational program with the Canadian Automobile Workers Union. Juhasz is author of The Bush Agenda: Invading the World, One Economy at a Time (HarperCollins, April, 2006).
Lawrence Wilkerson is a retired United States Army soldier and former chief of staff to United States Secretary of State Colin Powell. Wilkerson is an adjunct professor at the College of William & Mary where he teaches courses on US national security. He also instructs a senior seminar in the Honors Department at the George Washington University entitled "National Security Decision Making."
Raymond McGovern is a retired CIA officer. McGovern was a Federal employee under seven US presidents for over 27 years, presenting the morning intelligence briefings at the White House for many of them. McGovern was born and raised in the Bronx, graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University, received an M.A. in Russian Studies from Fordham, a certificate in Theological Studies from Georgetown University, and graduated from Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
