To use the Community feature you must be registered on the site and logged in.
After logging in you can modify your profile, Add friends and engage in other social activity.
You need to add applications to your account before you can use them. Move your mouse over the "Applications" tabe and go down to "Browse"then select the applications you'd like to use.
