Precis
A Kremlin-backed youth group known as Nashi, usually associated with campaigns against journalists, is offering them free bodyguard services. This comes after a number of journalists were brutally attacked in recent months.
The move is seen as an attempt by the youth group to repair its tainted image.
Al Jazeera's Neave Barker reports from Moscow.
