A new video from Colombia appears to show the leader of the country's largest rebel group strongly criticizing Juan Manuel Santos, the new, incoming president. Al Jazeera obtained the video, which we cannot verify, showing Guillermo Leon Vargas - better known as Alfonso Cano - the leader of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia. He spoke about the recent presidential elections, the government's policies and delivered a message on what Santos should do in the future.
