| This Is A Platform?: Christine O'Donnell ad - 'I'm Not A Witch' | |
| 04 October 2010 In her first TV ad, Tea Party darling Christine O\'Donnell betters Nixon\'s I\'m not a crook and displays her multiple legislative gifts by first off assuring us, (quote) I\'m not a witch. After conceding, (quote) None of us are (sic) perfect and slamming vague -backroom deals, -she smilingly confides, (quote) I\'m you. (end quote) Umm, not. Nope. Our political discourse has become SNL material. Good grief. (quote) I\'ll go to Washington and do what you\'d do.(end quote) - O\'Donnell | |

| Children can't wait: water and sanitation in rural Bolivia | |
| UNICEFUK | 05 October 2010 Aid works. It has helped millions of children around the world to realise their rights. It means that millions more children live to see their fifth birthday and go to school. A lack of clean drinking water and proper sanitation spreads diseases, with children particularly vulnerable to falling ill or dying as a result. Aid has helped 1.8 billion more people gain access to improved drinking water sources since 1990. However, with more than half the population of rural Africa without access to clean water sources, and 1.2 billion people worldwide without access to any form of sanitation, there is still a lot of work to do. This video highlights the issue of access to water and sanitation in rural Bolivia. | |
