Supporters of Thailand's former prime minister have been rallying outside parliament. They are angry over a decision to suspend a debate, which could see Thaksin Shinawatra return to politics. Thaksin has been in self-imposed exile since a coup in 2008. Wayne Hay has the story from Bangkok.
