NYC, March 17: the NYPD had already violently cleared Zuccotti Park, ending celebrations of Occupy's growing six months old. From behind barricades, Occupiers demand that the police provide medical treatment for a woman beaten by police and having gone into convulsions. Police push back the crowd the distance of another block, provoking panic by repeatedly charging the crowd, hurling people to the ground, and beating protesters and journalists alike.
