Indeed, they should mention Israel. Israel goes as far as claiming that they did not use cluster bombs! Even though videos such as this one prove the opposite. | geezerpower 2008-12-05
Why indeed...This is akin to poisoning the wells, and leaves unexploded booby traps for innocent civilians. If this is about a war on terror, then why would an honorable world leader use such terrorist tactics? | Dizrupta 2008-12-05
Also funny, (if indeed anything about this Lebanese man's situation can be referred to as "funny") our American tax dollars paid for that shepherd's leg to be blown off, the cluster munitions that Israel used were made in the USA. The Israelis got those cluster munitions from arms deals with our government, funny how our tax dollars get used, that whole thing about "taxation without representation" comes to mind, too bad though, there will be no revolution in the USA over that Lebanese man's blown off leg or dead son. | t.shalabi 2008-12-04
I find it funny that the video doesn't mention Israel, considering it was Israel's cluster bombs that blew off that Lebanese shepherd's leg, as well as being the cause of Lebanon's cluster bomb problems that the video mentions. After all, the Lebanese didn't bomb themselves with cluster bombs. |
